Originating in 1991, Kensington Farms is a thriving community on the far east side of Lawrence Township in Marion county. Kensington Farms comprises 538 homes and approximately 2000 residents. Kensington Farms boasts a generous set of amenities such as a community pool facility with a large swimming pool and kiddie pool, walking/running paved paths, a tennis court, a ball field, and over 900,000 sq. ft. of common grounds. Kensington Farms homes are contemporary, single-family styles including ranch and two-story models.

Kensington Farms is lucky to be served by Lawrence Township school system. The seventh largest school district in the state, the MSD of Lawrence Township serves 16,000+ students. The Kensington Farms Community Pool opens on Saturday, May 23rd - this Memorial Weekend. With the new Pool season comes a new change, Electronic Keys and an Electronic Gate! We are replacing the existing physical key and lock entry at the Pool with a modern, updated electronic System. To find out how you can get your new key please read this article!
