Tennis Court Open!
After much time and effort by the board members of the HOA, the
tennis court has been refurbished and is now open for play.
The rules have been posted. Please use the Tennis court for Tennis
playing only! Anyone being observed using it for other reasons will
be asked to leave and their privileges will be revoked. We would
like to keep the court in the best shape possible. If you notice
issues with the court please let a board member know as soon as
possible. We can monitor who is in and out of the court.
To enter and exit the court use the same key fob that you use to
enter the pool. If you do not have a key fob or have lost yours
please contact Sentry Management. If your key fob does not work then
it may be that your dues are not current. Please contact Sentry
Management as well.

Spring Update!
It’s almost spring and you know what that means, time to start cleaning out that garage or attic and get ready for the Kensington Farms Garage Sale, Saturday May 5th!
Spring is also the time of year when you start your home improvement projects. As you plan your work, remember that you must submit an ACR form for approval in advance of the change. Some examples are painting the exterior of your home, building a new deck, installing a fence, etc. Download ACR Form
One last thing with the weather getting nice, the kids will be out playing so please drive safe and remember the speed limit in our neighborhood is 25 mph!!
Neighborhood Watch Program
Kensington Farms is in the process of creating a New Neighborhood Watch Program, if you would like more information just jump over to the Neighborhood site from the navigation above. This site will be updated with new information on the program as it becomes availiable.
New HOA Meeting Date!
The HOA Board has changed the the Monthly Board Meetings to a new
time. They will be held on the FOURTH Wednesday of every month, at Westminster Village, just across
Sunnyside Road. Homeowners are always
welcome! Come on over at 7:00
pm – just ask for
directions to the Private Dinning Room at the front desk.
